You will translate client needs into actionable product insights and guide solution design, while working closely with engineers and product leaders to deliver scalable deployments.

The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, shaping the R&D agenda and ensuring sustained client impact across institutional deployments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in technology consulting or digital transformation in enterprise SaaS or financial services.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder projects with senior executives.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise and C-level client engagement as senior relationship leader.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to inform GTM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of major client deployments with successful adoption.
• Translate client needs into actionable AI solution designs.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop between clients, engineering and product.
