Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Agentic AI Architect to design and build multi-agent AI systems across industries. You will combine GenAI, ML, and systems engineering to create production-ready AI agents interfacing with machines, data streams, and enterprise platforms.

The role covers agent orchestration, knowledge graphs, and advanced retrieval, with a focus on governance, observability, and safety in enterprise settings. Dallas area, hybrid work possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building Python-based AI systems.
• Experience deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• 3+ years architecting enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions with orchestration platforms.
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures and tool-calling systems.
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs and retrieval architectures (Neo4j, AWS Neptune, RDF, SPARQL).
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems across multiple industries.
• Combine GenAI, ML and systems engineering to produce production-ready AI agents.
• Define architectures for governance, observability, evaluation, and safety controls in enterprise environments.
• Develop retrieval pipelines using vector search and graph-based RAG techniques.
