MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group in SF Bay Area is seeking a technically hands-on Enterprise AI Integration Engineer to bring advanced AI systems into production environments for large industrial enterprise customers. This role combines deployment work with ownership of integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, can ship production code, and will travel domestically about 25%.

Qualifications

1–5 years hands-on software engineering or related roles.
Production code shipped in real projects.
Experience integrating software with complex customer systems.
Hands-on experience with modern AI apps, agentic systems, and/or RAG solutions.
Strong customer-facing communication and technical depth.
Willingness to travel domestically around 25%.

Responsibilities

Embed with enterprise customers to deploy AI-powered systems into live environments.
Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, ETL processes, and enterprise data systems.
Integrate with ERP, CMMS, ticketing, knowledge-management, and enterprise service platforms.
Work with SAP, ServiceNow, and related enterprise platforms as needed.
Develop agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities for customer solutions.
Translate ambiguous requirements into shipped technical solutions.
Collaborate directly with customer engineering and operations teams.
