Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks an experienced architect to design AI-powered technical product solutions for enterprise clients in New York. You will lead deep technical discovery, shape integration roadmaps, and drive solution architectures across streaming platforms.

You will mentor junior engineers, deliver technical sales support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery in a complex, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architecting complex technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements
• Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs
• Mentoring junior technical sales engineers while providing advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations
• Developing strategic product integration roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams and key enterprise customers
• Orchestrating proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed technical solutions for prospects
• Analyzing customer technical environments to recommend optimal configurations for product delivery and platforms
• Synthesizing complex technical requirements into clear solution proposals aligned with customer business objectives and technical constraints
• Implementing advanced technical solutions while providing expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
