Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for advertising or marketing technology platforms.
• 5+ years managing staff and fostering careers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Familiarity with programmatic ad tech and monetization strategies.
• Experience designing AI-powered product capabilities (LLMs, RAG, orchestration).
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, guardrails, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Built-In AI Platform and Data Experiences across premium video suites.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear roadmap priorities and execution plans.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers across multiple platforms; set standards for discovery and execution.
• Represent portfolio with executives, customers, and partners; align leadership on roadmap and investment decisions.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from inception to deployment and market introduction.
• Drive business performance metrics: ROI, KPI definitions, growth, adoption, and cost efficiency.
• Turn ambiguity into clear priorities and actionable plans; ensure accountability.
• Foster cross-discipline collaboration to resolve issues efficiently.
• Build and retain a high-performing product organization; manage talent and compensation.
