Job summary

Ramp is seeking an AI Solutions Strategist to join the enterprise AI delivery team. You will partner with large customers to understand their finance workflows, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and translate needs into clear problem statements and actionable designs.

You will collaborate with Ramp's Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, conduct stakeholder interviews, map processes, and turn on-the-ground learnings into scalable solutions with a proactive bias-to-action mindset.

Responsibilities

• Discover and diagnose customer needs.
• Run stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams.
• Map end-to-end processes and identify the underlying drivers behind pain points — risk, cost, cycle time, compliance, exception volume, and operational complexity.
