Job summary

Accenture seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI workflows for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and product teams to translate business needs into production-grade AI solutions, integrating leading AI platforms with enterprise systems.

You will prototype and deploy agent frameworks, ensure security and governance, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations and distributed, production systems.
• Minimum 2 years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms, etc.).
• 10+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs in large enterprises.
• 10+ years client-facing communication and collaboration, leading technical discussions in ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Shape AI use cases and design technical solutions from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations into production.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure value and usability.
• Own solutions from prototype to production with emphasis on quality and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for secure, scalable AI deployment.
