Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows.

The role requires strong engineering depth, experience with AI platforms and enterprise systems, and a builder’s mindset. Travel may be required (25%–75%).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Java.
• 2+ years of experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar).
• Experience translating business needs into technical designs and working with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape AI use cases and define solutions.
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and agents integrated with enterprise systems.
• Prototype rapidly and deploy AI-enabled workflows into production environments.
• Act as a technical bridge among product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
