Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.
• Hands‑on experience with AI platforms and assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot).
• Ability to explain AI concepts and architectural choices to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and clarify customer business context, workflows, data, security, and integration needs.
• Translate customer needs into practical AI solution designs using LLMs, APIs, retrieval‑augmented generation, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
• Advise on API integration, authentication, rate limits, endpoints, and data flow design.
• Develop demonstrations and proofs‑of‑concept aligned with customer use cases and deployment paths.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape proposals and document architectures and onboarding plans.
