Job summary

Harper is seeking a senior Forward Deployed Engineer who will embed with customers to deploy Harper’s platform across enterprise environments. You’ll build, troubleshoot, and articulate technical solutions directly to CIOs, architects, and operations leaders, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Ideal candidates have hands-on development background, deep enterprise exposure, and a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise-facing engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical conversations with CIOs and architects.
• Hands-on coding, scripting, and integration capabilities across platforms.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and patterns for productive delivery.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and handle production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand requirements and deploy Harper platform in customer environments.
• Lead technical discussions with developers, architects, and executives during presales and delivery.
• Write and ship production-quality code, scripts, and automation to extend Harper capabilities for customers.
• Enable and co-deliver with partners to expand Harper delivery scale.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align custom solutions with platform direction.
