Brickstech is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in San Francisco, CA. You will own a territory, close six- and seven-figure AI-powered SaaS deals with community banks and credit unions, and drive new logos using inbound leads, BDRs, and sales engineers.

We seek 5+ years closing enterprise deals in FinTech or financial services, with experience in long, multi-stakeholder cycles and a track record of growth in early-stage startups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as AE closing six-figure+ new business deals.
• Experience at early-stage startup (Seed to Series B).
• Sold into financial services, banking, or credit unions.
• Managed 6+ month enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling AI, automation, or complex technical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined geographic territory and drive new logo acquisition through inbound and outbound to named accounts.
• Qualify prospects using MEDDIC and manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Partner with BDRs and SEs to build pipeline and deliver technical demos to senior decision-makers in financial institutions.
• Close six- and seven-figure ACV deals with long-term (5-year) contract structures.
• Act as strategic owner of your region, deploying resources and hitting quotas.
