Accenture is seeking an AI/ML specialist to design, build, and govern enterprise AI experiences using Atlassian Rovo and LLMs. You will lead prompt engineering, knowledge orchestration, AI agent development, and workflow automation to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities that improve productivity and decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical role with AI/ML, NLP or knowledge management, including at least 2 years with LLMs.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on prompt engineering for enterprise use cases across one or more LLM platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools or workflows.
• Minimum of 2 years building or configuring AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbot experiences with tool-use and grounding.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and structuring enterprise content.
• Minimum of 2 years evaluating AI system performance and driving iterative improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total; 6 years if Associate’s).
