Job summary

Accenture in Chicago, IL seeks a senior AI/ML strategist focusing on enterprise AI experiences, prompt engineering, and knowledge orchestration. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML technical roles with at least 2 years working directly with LLMs
• Minimum 2 years hands-on prompt engineering across one or more LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Minimum 2 years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools, knowledge systems, or automation workflows
• Minimum 2 years building or configuring AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbot experiences
• Minimum 2 years experience with knowledge management systems (Confluence, SharePoint) to curate and structure enterprise content
• Minimum 2 years evaluating AI system performance and driving iterative improvement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences.
• Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents.
• Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations.
• Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI-generated responses.
