Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Enterprise AI Engineer in Boston, MA to design and govern AI-enabled experiences. You will lead prompt engineering, knowledge orchestration, and AI agent development across enterprise platforms, driving scalable AI capabilities and productivity improvements.

You will collaborate with product owners, AI engineers, and business stakeholders, promoting best practices in AI governance and responsible use. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical AI/ML role with NLP or knowledge management, incl. 2+ years with LLMs
• Minimum 2 years hands-on prompt engineering across one or more LLM platforms
• Minimum 2 years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools or workflows
• Minimum 2 years building or configuring AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbot experiences
• Minimum 2 years experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and content curation for AI outputs
• Minimum 2 years experience evaluating AI system performance and driving iterative improvements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years if Associate’s degree

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences for large-scale adoption
• Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents
• Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations
• Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI-generated responses
• Establish prompt libraries, standards, and governance processes
• Evaluate AI performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders
• Promote AI adoption and prompt engineering best practices across the organization
