Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior AI/LLM specialist to design enterprise prompts, develop Atlassian Rovo agents, and build knowledge systems that power AI-driven decision making. You will curate enterprise knowledge, implement governance, and collaborate with product owners and AI engineers to scale deployment.

Travel may be required; you will influence AI strategy across client environments, establish performance KPIs, and contribute to responsible AI practices within a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML tech roles with NLP, conversational AI, or knowledge management.
• At least 2 years working directly with LLMs and prompt engineering experience.
• Experience helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences.
• Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents.
• Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations.
• Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI-generated responses.
• Establish prompt libraries, standards, and governance processes.
• Evaluate AI performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Promote AI adoption and prompt engineering best practices across the organization.
