Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical AI/ML role with AI/ML systems, NLP or knowledge management.
• At least 2 years hands-on prompt engineering experience with enterprise LLMs.
• 2+ years helping enterprise clients design, adopt, or govern AI-powered tools.
• 2+ years building AI agents, virtual assistants, or chatbot experiences.
• 2+ years experience with knowledge management systems (Confluence, SharePoint)
• 2+ years experience evaluating AI performance and driving iterative improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI prompts and conversational experiences.
• Develop and maintain Atlassian Rovo Agents.
• Build AI-powered knowledge assistants and workflow automations.
• Curate enterprise knowledge to improve AI-generated responses.
• Establish prompt libraries, standards, and governance processes.
• Evaluate AI performance using metrics and improve through testing.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Promote AI adoption and prompt engineering best practices across the organization
