Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead Enterprise AI projects for Server Product Lines. You will align customer goals with AMD roadmaps, manage production deployments, and ensure datacenter stability for AI workloads.

You will coordinate hardware, firmware, software, and validation teams, deliver end-to-end programs, and communicate status to executives and partners. A strong PM foundation and cross-region collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive Technical Program or Product Management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs; server platforms, firmware, validation, or enterprise software.
• Strong technical fluency in server systems (hardware, BIOS/firmware) and AI workload characteristics.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, risk, requirements, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery: define schedules, milestones, success criteria, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, firmware, validation, QA, product, field ops, partners/OEMs) to drive decisions and resolve blockers.
• Identify risks and dependencies; create mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
• Drive release readiness: validation plans, customer previews, deployment playbooks, and handoffs to field teams.
• Produce concise executive updates, program briefs, and status reports.
