Job summary

AMD in Seattle is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own end-to-end AI cluster delivery across the full lifecycle—from solution architecture and planning through NPI validation, deployment, and customer support readiness.

You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, validation, deployment, and lab operations to define requirements, create integrated execution plans, and ensure production readiness of AI clusters.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines, plans, and drives end-to-end AI cluster delivery programs.
• Applies program management principles across multi-domain initiatives.
• Manages execution across architecture, engineering, NPI, lab operations, and deployment.
• Improves deployment readiness processes and lab capacity planning.
• Maintains integrated schedules, resource plans, and risk logs.
• Provides executive visibility via dashboards and status summaries.
• Identifies mitigation actions for risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborates across teams to escalate and align with stakeholders.
