Jacobs is seeking a motivated Program Manager for its Enterprise AI team in San Francisco to unify delivery across AI initiatives, oversee milestones, budgets, and dependencies, and translate complex work into clear executive summaries.

You will partner with PMs, product owners, and IT to maintain schedule, manage risk, and ensure measurable AI outcomes, with hands-on Agile practices and strong communication at all leadership levels.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years managing complex programs or portfolios.
• Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience, with adaptable approach to work.
• Strong command of budgets, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
• Track record of clear executive communication, on the page and in the room.
• High attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain one unified delivery plan across all Enterprise AI work, with milestones, dependencies, and a shared schedule.
• Track budgets and spend across the portfolio, and provide leaders with early, honest read on cost, risk, and progress.
• Keep project managers, product owners, and initiative leads accountable to schedule and delivery, without taking over their work.
• Serve as the primary point for escalation and for coordination.
• Work with IT and Operating Units to support delivery.
• Produce executive-level reports and summaries that turn detail into clear decisions.
