Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Infrastructure Services in Seattle seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive end-to-end planning for AI/ML server deployments. You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, data, and operations to ensure on-time landing of servers in data centers and optimize planning processes.

In this role you will shape roadmaps, manage cross-functional release schedules, and implement feedback loops to detect defects.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management, tech program management, or related experience.
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
4+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or other related discipline.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end planning for a wide portfolio of AI/ML servers across AWS global infrastructure.
Engage with senior leaders and working teams across functions to align inputs and deliver results.
Develop and land roadmaps, drive short- to long-term planning, and coordinate release schedules.
