Job summary

fermat is seeking a senior strategist to partner with enterprise brands, discovering problems and delivering AI-powered commerce solutions from concept to production. You will run discovery sessions, translate insights into PoCs using the Fermat platform and Claude Code, and coordinate delivery across sales, account management, and engineering.

You will push the frontier of AI in commerce with world-leading brands and help build scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting owning client relationships.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude in real workflows.
• Strong structured thinking and clear narrative communication.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and self-starting.
• Experience coordinating across sales, product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brands to deliver AI-powered commerce solutions end-to-end.
• Run discovery sessions and translate findings into PoCs.
• Coordinate delivery across sales, account management and engineering.
• Collaborate with founders and FDE to expand AI in commerce.
• Refine playbooks for enterprise AI deployment as we scale.
