Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Product Portfolio Manager, Enterprise AI to build and lead a new AI product portfolio across corporate support functions such as IT, procurement, finance, HR and legal-style processes.

The role requires strategic vision, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity with AI-driven automation. You will own the roadmap, business cases, and governance for responsible AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, incl. building new product lines or portfolios.
• Experience across IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR functions.
• Strong business case, ROI, and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the AI product portfolio strategy for corporate support functions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to delivery and scaling.
• Collaborate with leadership, data scientists, and partners to deliver AI solutions.
