Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Product Portfolio Manager, Enterprise AI to define and lead a new AI product portfolio across corporate support functions, spanning IT service desk, procurement, finance, HR and legal-like processes. You will own strategy, roadmap, business case, delivery and aggressive impact targets while guiding a broad cross-functional team.

You will partner with data scientists and external technology partners, drive governance, change leadership, and staffing as the pillar grows,

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree are a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of product management, building a new product line or portfolio from the ground up, ideally spanning AI/ML-enabled products.
• Cross-functional range: operate across IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, translating needs into a single roadmap.
• Technical fluency: knowledge of AI/ML product patterns and enterprise service-management/workflow platforms.
• Analytical expertise: strong business case development, ROI assessment, and performance measurement.
• Executive communication: ability to present to senior leadership and secure buy-in.
• Change leadership: experience driving adoption of automated processes across non-technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI roadmaps: develop and execute a product strategy for AI-driven automation across corporate functions.
• Lifecycle management: lead ideation, business case validation, prioritization, implementation and scaling.
• Opportunity identification: analyze processes across Support, Procurement, Finance, and Legal workflows.
• Business impact measurement: build ROI analyses and track outcomes to prove value.
• AI governance: ensure deployments meet ethics, privacy regulations and governance standards.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with business leaders, data scientists and external partners.
• Change leadership: promote AI literacy and drive adoption through targeted training and communication.
• Staffing and mentoring: help define needs and mentor junior PMs as the pillar grows.
