Job summary

Talentmatics Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Architect / Enterprise AI Program Management professional to govern, plan, execute, and financially oversee a large-scale Enterprise AI program.

The role translates enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps, establishes governance frameworks, and manages cross-functional delivery with executive visibility into progress, risks, investments, and outcomes. Prior experience in regulated environments such as financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing large-scale technology, AI, digital transformation, or strategic programs in financial services or other complex, regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise program governance, PMO operations, integrated planning, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Experience with portfolio management, business-case development, prioritization, financial governance, ROI tracking, benefits realization, and risk management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence senior business, technology, finance, and control-function stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Enterprise AI Program Management Office (PMO), including governance frameworks, reporting cadences, delivery standards, escalation paths, and decision forums.
• Translate multi-year AI strategies into integrated roadmaps with defined workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain enterprise-wide visibility into program progress, risks, issues, decisions, resource constraints, and executive actions.
