This role will translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps, establish program governance frameworks, manage cross-functional delivery, and provide executive-level visibility into progress, risks, investments, and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex technology, AI, or digital transformation programs, preferably within financial services, investment banking, or other highly regulated environments. Strong expertise in program governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive reporting is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the Enterprise AI Program Management Office (PMO), including governance frameworks, reporting cadences, delivery standards, escalation paths, and decision forums.
  • Translate multi-year AI strategies into integrated roadmaps with defined workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain enterprise-wide visibility into program progress, risks, issues, decisions, resource constraints, and executive actions.
2. AI Use Case Intake & Prioritization
  • Manage AI use-case intake and assessment processes, capturing business objectives, expected value, feasibility, funding requirements, delivery approaches, and control considerations.
  • Coordinate prioritization discussions based on strategic value, readiness, complexity, cost, risk, delivery capacity, and expected adoption.
  • Partner with business transformation leads and workstream owners to develop project plans, milestones, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Support milestone-based funding governance across proof of value, scale-up, and transition to business-as-usual.
  • Partner with Finance, the CFO organization, and Controllers to validate business cases, financial baselines, savings assumptions, and realized benefits.
  • Prepare portfolio-level reporting on investments, forecasts, expected returns, realized value, adoption, and financial risks.
4. Delivery Coordination & RAID Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional AI workstreams, aligning business, technology, and control-function stakeholders.
  • Maintain integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, dependency maps, action registers, and escalation items.
  • Drive delivery cadences, resolve blockers, track outstanding actions, and ensure timely decisions and execution.
  • Track program budgets, forecasts, resource assumptions, funding approvals, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with FinOps and Technology Finance to monitor AI-related compute, token consumption, infrastructure, licensing, vendor, and consulting costs.
  • Provide transparency into committed spend, utilization, run rates, forecast variances, cost risks, and alignment between investments and business outcomes.
6. Risk, Controls & Regulatory Readiness
  • Coordinate with Security, Data Governance, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Model Risk, Architecture, and Audit teams.
  • Ensure AI initiatives progress through required control gates with appropriate documentation, approvals, evidence, and traceability.
  • Maintain program-level risk reporting and drive the escalation and remediation of material control issues.
7. Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented reporting for the CIO, CFO, Enterprise AI leadership, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Facilitate governance forums, document decisions, assign action owners, and track commitments and deadlines.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for program priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and accountability across business and technology teams.
8. Change Management & Adoption
  • Partner with Change Management and Training teams to coordinate communications, role-based enablement, safe-use guidance, and adoption measurement.
  • Support divisional AI champion networks and strengthen accountability for utilization, workflow transformation, and business outcomes.
  • Coordinate launch and scale-readiness reviews to ensure sustainable adoption of enterprise AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
