Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in San Francisco. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers, spanning Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and multi-agent architectures.

You will work on evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, and secure, scalable deployments, collaborating with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• 3+ years designing production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and multi-zone deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps practices.
• Knowledge of databases with HA, replication, backup strategies, and sizing.
• Understanding of networking, security (SSO/RBAC, TLS), and observability.
• CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments (compute, storage, networking, security).
• Design multi-agent systems using patterns and modern frameworks; develop evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts with A/B testing.
• Lead technical maturity assessments and collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams.
