Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an AI Platform Owner to define, govern, and scale Hershey's enterprise AI platform ecosystem. This role owns standards, reusable components, and operating models that enable rapid, repeatable deployment of AI solutions across the organization.

This role leads the AI Factory capability, establishing templates, patterns, accelerators, and deployment frameworks to ensure scalable, standardized AI delivery across multiple teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise AI Platform Strategy and Roadmap: Define and maintain enterprise AI platform strategy and roadmap, evaluate emerging technologies, and align with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.
• Establish and Scale the AI Factory Operating Model: Create reusable templates, patterns, accelerators, tooling, and deployment frameworks for rapid, repeatable AI delivery across teams.
• Define Enterprise AI Decision Frameworks and Standards: Establish guidelines for when to use Copilot, Azure AI, Databricks/Genie, Claude, Gemini, and other tools within enterprise governance.
• Lead Cross-Functional Technical Platform Initiatives: Coordinate with Function AI Leads, Product Management, Engineering, Data & Platform, Operations, Governance, and Security teams.
• Govern Platform Controls, Telemetry, and Adoption: Implement platform controls, monitoring, analytics, and governance for secure AI adoption.
• Influence AI Architecture and Long-Term Solution Design: Provide leadership on scalability, security, and maintainability across domains.
• Support Platform Readiness and Solution Deployment: Ensure platforms are ready to support roadmap priorities and deliver measurable business value.
