Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Enterprise AI Control Tower Owner to provide enterprise-wide visibility and governance for Hershey's AI portfolio. You will oversee an authoritative AI asset inventory, sanction new solutions, monitor usage and costs, and deliver executive reporting to drive responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.

You will coordinate across Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and Governance teams, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements,

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in governance, compliance, operational oversight, portfolio management, or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience managing or administering reporting, scorecards, dashboards, inventory management, or operational performance metrics.
• Knowledge of AI and technology governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001), risk management practices, compliance processes, privacy requirements, and policy enforcement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technology, business, finance, legal, security, compliance, and governance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and process management skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of operational, financial, and governance data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise AI inventory and asset registry and surface shadow/unsanctioned AI.
• Govern AI registration, sanctioning, and approval workflows across stakeholders.
• Deliver enterprise AI cost transparency and financial visibility with cost attribution.
• Own enterprise AI scorecards and executive reporting for governance status and spend.
• Ensure policy compliance, risk classification, and cross-functional policy reviews.
• Manage AI asset lifecycle, including dormant/orphaned assets and retirement actions.
• Administer AI governance methodologies and process improvements.
