Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to enable secure adoption and governance of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI technologies. You will drive secure, scalable AI platform management and collaboration across teams to support staff excellence.

Responsibilities include governance, reporting, and maintaining documentation; hybrid work options are available after two weeks, with role-based suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint and Active Directory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage roles across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and AD.
• Ensure least-privilege access and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Deploy and govern Copilot Studio environments and AI capabilities securely.
• Develop, publish, and manage AI agent availability for organization-wide use.
• Collaborate with site owners to ensure governance of AI agents and SharePoint sites.
• Produce dashboards and KPIs on agent deployment, usage, and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and governance artifacts for transparency.

Education
