Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and improve the technical foundations for secure, scalable enterprise AI solutions. The role blends cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, MLOps/LLMOps, data-platform integration, and applied AI engineering.

You will work with AI Architects, data engineers, ServiceNow teams, product engineering, and customer stakeholders to create reusable platforms, deployment patterns, controls, and operational capabilities

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with cloud, APIs, CI/CD, data systems.
• Experience with AI platforms and enterprise security.
• Ability to build reusable platform components.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable AI platform capabilities.
• Create reference architectures, deployment templates, and standards.
• Enable secure connections to enterprise data, APIs, and tools.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and engineers to translate client needs.
• Evolve AI platform components like Claude integration and RAG.
• Define patterns for authentication, prompt management, and observability.
