Job summary

DigitalXNode is seeking an AI Agent Orchestration Lead to transform AI initiatives into production-ready solutions. You will partner with architects, security teams, and executives to build standardized AI orchestration frameworks that improve delivery velocity, reliability, and software quality.

The role focuses on governance-driven automation, scalable AI ecosystems, and enterprise-scale platform engineering. Leadership experience and deep AI/DevOps skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field as listed.
• Preferred Masters and certifications in AI/Cloud/EA.
• Experience in enterprise AI automation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operationalize AI agents that automate SDLC activities.
• Build scalable AI orchestration frameworks with lifecycle management.
• Standardize AI agent templates, prompts, and automation patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, security, and leadership to ensure compliance.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered workflows and measure outcomes.
• Develop governance, risk, and audit controls for AI platforms.
• Establish monitoring, telemetry, and performance analytics for AI ecosystems.
• Mentor teams on orchestration, engineering excellence, and delivery automation.
