Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering to lead a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and developers. You will steer enterprise optimization initiatives across pricing, marketing, digital experiences, and guest services, delivering production‑ready systems that drive measurable business impact.

You will shape strategy, mentor talent, and champion responsible AI while aligning teams with enterprise priorities and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience designing and developing production decision systems with data pipelines and services.
• Deep expertise in statistical inference, forecasting and optimization techniques.
• Experience with linear, integer and stochastic optimization methods.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with optimization modeling frameworks.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Define enterprise vision, roadmap and operating model for optimization and decision intelligence.
• Direct teams on objectives, standards, and production readiness.
• Guide model design, evaluation, and deployment with governance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with partners to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
