You will hire, mentor, and supervise AI/ML professionals, guiding projects from concept to delivery while ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements. Collaborate with executives and product teams to translate ML concepts into actionable business strategies, manage budgets, and advocate responsible AI practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics
• 2+ years of leading AI teams
• 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering with at least 2+ years in leadership; Microsoft Open AI experience
• Coordinate risk assessments, model validation, bias testing, and data privacy compliance

Responsabilidades

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML specialists, providing coaching and career development
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget using Agile or traditional project management methodologies
• Explain complex algorithmic concepts clearly to executive leadership and product teams; coordinate risk assessments, model validation, bias testing, and data privacy compliance
