Job summary

Kalepa is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to drive enterprise SaaS/AI implementations across multiple U.S. offices.

You will coordinate a cross-functional team, translate client goals into detailed plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on strategic clients. You will partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to standardize project processes and scale Kalepa’s project management practice

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of project management experience.
• Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS/AI software implementations.
• Experience with waterfall & agile methodologies; strong client-facing track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and run the project lifecycle (sales support, scoping, transition, initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring, closing).
• Drive the use of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and internal policies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, key customers, and project team members.
• Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into a project plan.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources of complex projects.
• Maintain project plans and related documents.
• Collaborate with Client Success to drive project execution.
• Identify changes; manage change orders and budget updates with mitigation plans.
• Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
