Kalepa is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy our AI platform for new clients, ensuring accurate and timely onboarding. You will work closely with Client Success and Product teams, configuring our platform and delivering high-value outcomes that align with client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years' experience with configurable software, strong SQL/Excel data skills, and an ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel data analysis, validation, and transformation.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Process-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Independent, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: insurance or financial technology software implementations.

Responsabilités

• Leverage deep expertise in Kalepa's platform, insurance, and clients' businesses to configure and deploy Kalepa's AI platform.
• Drive initial client setup and configuration, delivering high-value outcomes and transitioning to a best-practice operating model.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep projects on track and on time.
• Triage, investigate, and clearly communicate client-reported issues and feedback.
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing effectively and context-switching with ease.
• Improve delivery efficiency through scalable processes and improved documentation.
