Job summary

DeepHealth seeks a visionary leader to run the AI Program Office, bridging engineering, product operations, and regulatory compliance. You will establish enterprise AI governance, controls, and cost management while ensuring safety, privacy, and value across the organization.

Operating from the Office of the CTO, you will align policies with HIPAA, FDA SaMD guidance, and other standards, coordinating with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Quality teams to scale AI responsibly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years leading technology programs and enterprise transformation.
• Experience governing AI in regulated environments (Healthcare/MedTech).
• Strong communication with cross-functional executives across Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Familiarity with API gateways, IAM, DLP, and cloud network policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI governance, policy, and technical controls.
• Architect and maintain governance framework with review workflows.
• Oversee AI FinOps, token budgets, and cost optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships and AI tool agreements enterprise-wide.
• Promote responsible AI adoption in collaboration with change-management teams.
