Job summary

YOOBIC, the leading AI-powered frontline employee experience platform, is expanding in the North American market. We seek an elite Enterprise AE to own a greenfield territory and scale our footprint with $250k+ ACV deals and uncapped OTE.

You will drive end-to-end sales, map YOOBIC’s AI capabilities to enterprise challenges, and partner with Solutions Engineers to craft strategic solutions for C-suite buyers in retail and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth Complex Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven track record closing $250k+ ACV deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or Challenger methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle for premier retail/hospitality brands.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to map YOOBIC AI to enterprise pain points.
• Own territory with outbound strategy and strategic account planning.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and quarterly target attainment.
