Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an AI Field Engineer (Enterprise) to embed with large enterprise customers and turn GenAI challenges into production systems. You will lead hands-on engineering with executive presence across organizations and drive deals from discovery to deployment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer-facing AI/ML field roles, hands-on experience with LLM inference/training, and strong Python/Kubernetes skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing AI/ML field engineering experience
• Shipped AI/ML production code inside a customer's environment
• Hands-on LLM inference and fine-tuning experience
• Proficient in Python and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/AZ/ GCP) and GPU optimization
• Executive presence and enterprise navigation skills
• Pre-sales or customer-facing field engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls, scope POCs, and run load tests and evaluations
• Build end-to-end POCs and production integrations inside customer environments
• Guide customers on model selection and fine-tuning strategy for production at scale
• Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and procurement cycles
• Feed customer pain points back into the product roadmap
