Job summary

Jade Global, Inc. seeks a Principal Consultant – ERP Domain to lead AI-embedded transformation programs and advise C-level executives on enterprise strategy. This role shapes roadmaps, builds business cases, and aligns ERP initiatives with business objectives across multiple industries.

You will partner with ERP service lines and delivery teams to translate strategy into value realization, driving ROI and long-term client growth in a global consulting context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of management consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology advisory experience.
• Extensive experience leading ERP transformation initiatives across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX.
• Demonstrated success advising C-level executives on enterprise strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in business process transformation, operating model design, and organizational change.
• Experience developing executive business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation roadmaps and align objectives with ERP solutions.
• Lead executive advisory engagements with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Design future-state operating models and measure value realization.
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and ROI projections.
• Collaborate with ERP service lines and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Guide client relationships and pursue opportunities for ERP-related services.
