Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced engineer to own end-to-end AI-enabled supply chain transformations across ERP and SCM platforms. You will lead cross-domain deployments, design agentic AI solutions, and shape reinvention roadmaps in collaboration with client executives.

The role requires deep ERP/SCM experience, production AI deployment expertise, and the ability to map operating models to ROI. Travel up to 75% is anticipated, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise SCM or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments (agents, orchestration, RAG, context engineering).
• Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or open source).
• Deep design experience and fluency across cross-domain processes (Idea to Retire, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Deliver).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production across ERP/SCM platforms.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering).
• Drive rapid experimentation from problem to production system in days or weeks.
• Architect agentic solutions across enterprise stack (identity, data, governance, platform, process).
• Shape AI reinvention strategy with client executives, translating complexity into ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and patterns for multi-engagement scale.
