Job summary

Accenture in Seattle is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive End-to-End Supply Chain & Engineering AI transformations. You will own the full arc from business case to production, identifying friction in ERP/SCM/ MES and building AI solutions across SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder and Ariba.

You will lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces, and you will shape reinvention strategy with CTO, CFO, and CSCO, translating complexity into ROIs and multi-year

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise SCM or ERP platform transformations.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments (agents, orchestration, RAG, context engineering).
• 2+ years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI) including multi-provider pipeline architecture.
• Deep design experience and fluency across cross-domain processes including Idea to Retire, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, and Plan-to-Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production: identify process friction and interdependencies, and build AI solutions across ERP/SCM/MES.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces—planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering.
• Drive rapid experimentation from ambiguous business problems to working production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect agentic solutions across the enterprise stack: identity, data, governance, platform, and process layers.
• Shape reinvention strategy with client executives translating complexity into ROI backlogs and adoption roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and patterns scalable across engagements.
