Accenture is seeking a skilled AI-enabled engineering leader for End-to-End Supply Chain & Engineering. You will own AI initiatives from business case to production, leading cross-domain deployments across ERP/SCM platforms like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder.
You will architect agentic AI solutions, partner with client CTO/CFO/CISO, and drive rapid experimentation with measurable ROI. Travel up to 75% is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with enterprise SCM/ERP transformations (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, Ariba).
- At least 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
- Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).
Responsibilities
- Own the full arc from business case to production for AI solutions across ERP/SCM systems.
- Lead cross-domain AI deployments at planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering interfaces.
- Drive rapid experimentation from problem to production in days/weeks with ROI focus.
- Architect enterprise AI solutions spanning identity, data, governance, and process layers.
- Shape reinvention strategy with client CTO, CFO, and CISO and map ROI backlogs.
