Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior AI/Engineering leader to drive end-to-end AI reinvention across ERP and SCM transformations. You will guide cross-domain teams, architect agentic AI solutions, and shape ROI-driven adoption roadmaps with CTO/CFO/CISO stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in engineering for ERP/SCM, 1+ year deploying agentic AI in production, and 2+ years with multiple AI platforms. Up to 75% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with enterprise SCM or ERP platform transformations (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments (agents, orchestration, RAG, context engineering).
• Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or open source) including multi-provider pipeline architecture.
• Deep design experience across cross-domain processes including Idea to Retire, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, and Plan-to-Deliver.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production across ERP/SCM platforms.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at the functional interfaces—planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering.
• Drive rapid experimentation from ambiguous business problems to working production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect agentic solutions (agents, RAG, orchestration, multi-system workflow integration) across the enterprise stack.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy with client CTO/CFO/CISO and translate complexity into fundable value and ROI roadmaps.
• Travel up to 75% for engagements.
