Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive end-to-end AI transformations across ERP/SCM platforms. You will design and deploy agentic AI solutions, lead cross-domain teams, and translate business cases into production-ready capabilities.

You will work with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Vertex AI, guiding multi-provider AI deployments and building scalable reinvention blueprints aligned to ROI. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in ERP/SCM platform transformations.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions.
• Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms across providers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production for AI solutions across ERP/SCM.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces.
• Drive rapid experimentation from problem to production in days/weeks.
• Architect agentic solutions across identity, data, governance, platform and process layers.
• Shape reinvention strategy with client CTO, CFO and CISO and map ROI.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints that scale across engagements.
