Navitus is seeking an Engineer, Enterprise AI in Wisconsin to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities enabling scalable AI adoption across the organization. You will work with AI Architects, Platform/Data teams to develop AI services and integration patterns for LLM/agentic workflows.

The role requires 6–8 years in software/ML with hands-on AI production experience, strong cloud skills, and a focus on governance, security, and compliant AI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering experience with 2-4 years in AI/ML production.
• Experience building or supporting AI-enabled applications and data pipelines in cloud/distributed environments.
• Experience implementing AI integration patterns with enterprise apps, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Experience developing/generating generative and agentic AI workflows, including orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, including deployment pipelines and governance.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions and services for scalable adoption of generative AI and agentic AI.
• Translate reference architectures into production-ready solutions with Enterprise AI Architect guidance.
• Develop AI integration patterns connecting capabilities with enterprise apps, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and components including model interfaces, orchestration, and agent frameworks.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, context management, and human-in-the-loop.
• Implement and maintain AI operations practices (MLOps/LLMOps) with pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, privacy, auditability, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Platform/Data Engineering to deploy and scale AI infrastructure and tooling.
• Other duties as assigned.
