Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operate enterprise AI capabilities that scale AI across the organization. You will translate architecture patterns into production-ready solutions and work with Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to deliver AI services and integrations.

You will implement MLOps/LLMOps, ensure governance and security compliance, and help teams leverage AI responsibly to create business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in software or ML engineering with production AI/ML work.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise AI solutions for scalable adoption.
• Implement AI architecture patterns and standards for production.
• Develop AI integrations with apps, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Build AI-enabled services and tooling for enterprise teams.
• Support Agentic AI workflows and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and monitoring.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
