Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI capabilities that scale across the organization. You will translate enterprise architecture patterns into production-ready AI services while collaborating with Platform, Data, and Product teams to enable generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of software development, platform engineering, or ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing, integrating, or operationalizing AI/ML in production.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications and data pipelines in cloud or distributed environments.
• Experience implementing AI integration patterns with enterprise apps and APIs.
• Experience developing or supporting generative AI and agentic AI workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps including deployment pipelines and observability.
• Ability to work within enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.
• Experience supporting AI governance, data privacy, auditability, and compliance.
• Collaborative work with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to scale AI solutions.
• Experience developing cloud-based services and APIs for scalable AI capabilities.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI solutions enabling scalable generative AI and agentic AI adoption.
• Translate enterprise AI architecture patterns into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI integration patterns linking capabilities with enterprise apps, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Create AI-enabled services, including model interfaces, orchestration, and tooling for enterprise teams.
• Support Agentic AI workflows, orchestration, context management, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Implement and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle controls.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Platform/Data teams to deploy and scale enterprise AI infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned.
