Job summary

Replit seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and design high‑impact, production‑level AI-powered workflows on Replit. You will own deployments, connect customers’ stacks, and translate field needs into solid technical plans.

You will partner with Product, Design, and multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable architectures, manage security considerations, and drive projects from concept through production adoption in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on work with LLM applications in production
• Strong problem solving and architecture skills
• Excellent communication with customers and teams

Responsibilities

• Build with customers to design and deploy enterprise solutions on Replit
• Architect secure, scalable integrations with customers’ systems
• Own technical deployments from concept to production adoption
• Translate customer needs into pragmatic solutions for product and engineering teams
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences
• Ship quickly and iterate based on feedback and data
