Job summary

Replit is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, turning ambitious ideas into production AI-powered applications on the Replit platform. You will embed with customers, understand their technical and business needs, architect solutions, and lead integrations across their stack from concept to deployment.

This is a deeply technical, hands-on role where you build alongside customers, tackle security, data, and infrastructure challenges, and translate field

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience deploying production software.
• Strong ability to learn unfamiliar codebases, APIs, and environments.
• Hands-on work with LLM applications in production.
• Experience owning complex technical systems from architecture to production.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to design and build high-impact AI workflows.
• Design secure, scalable architectures integrating data, APIs, and identity providers.
• Own deployments, debug blockers, and drive production adoption.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements for teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to ship quality experiences.
