Job summary

RapidCanvas is hiring a customer-facing AI Engagement Manager to drive enterprise AI projects from discovery through delivery. You’ll partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure engagements are well-managed, opportunities advance, and deployments deliver measurable business value.

The role blends client-facing duties with behind-the-scenes operations in a hybrid setting, requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and a passion for enterprise AI transformation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Engagement, Delivery Management, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong project management and follow-through in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders (VPs, GMs, founders).
• Curiosity about enterprise AI and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: Discovery, Engagement, and Deal Progression—qualify prospects, research, capture requirements, and draft proposals.
• Post-Sales: Delivery Coordination and Customer Success—hand offs, scope clarity, milestones, and value tracking.
• Operational Excellence—maintain docs, organize systems (HubSpot, Slack, JIRA, Confluence), ensure dashboards and reporting are accurate.
• Industry Content & Strategic Value Support—develop AI use-case presentations, ROI models, roadmaps, and expansion opportunities.
